We have an experienced team of designers, garment technologists, product specialists and merchandisers in house. Together they create concept boards, designs and tech packs for your approval prior to sampling
The team regularly visit industry trade show and research the latest technologies, decoration processes and trends, meaning you can access the most advanced clothing technology available. We are always on hand to suggest the most appropriate materials, features and trims.
We are very proud of our ‘3 step’ sample process. We want to ensure your product is correct, whilst eliminating risk.
First Fit Sample: this is the initial sample created out of a similar stock fabric to test the cut, construction and fit of the garment. It will not include decoration, labelling or packaging at this stage. We would also send fabric swatches for you to select the material to be bought or milled.
Size Set Sample: After your first fit has been approved we will then create a full size set. This will again be made from a similar fabric, without decoration. We want to make sure every garment in your range fits well. At this stage we would also send over any lab dips for Pantone matching with trims to sign off.
Gold Seal Sample: This is the final sample and includes decoration, labelling and packaging. It will also be manufactured using the exact fabric for the bulk of your order. We create 4 gold seal samples; one for you, one for us, one for the factory manager and one for our quality control department.
Once we have Gold Seal approval, your order goes into production in one of our audited unit. We have full-time employees on the floor to ensure the quality and consistency of the order is of the highest standards possible. We also organise independent SGS testing to ensure all quality levels have been met.
All of our units meet local laws, and on top of that have had independent ethical and environmental audits to ensure fair working conditions and practices.
Delivery normally takes 3-4 weeks after the artwork has been approved. Once your order is complete, we will send you photos of your products so that you can get a final look at the finished products before we ship them. At this time we require the remaining balance of the order to be paid in full prior to shipping.
Our marketing team organise freight via air or sea and cover all related customs and import duty charges, unless FOB is required.
